Contact us with your details and we will reserve your apartment and send you a contract. Once you return the contract signed with your deposit the apartment will be secured. You will receive a receipt for your payments.

ARRIVAL IN RESORT
You will be asked to communicate your arrival details for getting to resort at the beginning of the season. One of our representatives will meet you and show you to your accommodation. You will be asked to agree an inventory of items in the apartment and will have the opportunity to inspect the apartment before accepting the keys and signing the inventory.

During the season you will have a contact number in case of problems. There will always be someone in resort who you can reach.

At the end of the season a representative will meet you at your accommodation and carry out an inspection and inventory check. Any damage and / or missing items will be deducted from the damage deposit. Provided there are no issues your damage deposit will be returned to you promptly.
